Memorial Day Youth Essay Contest

January 17 - April 30

Chapel Hill Community Outreach announces its annual youth essay contest titled, “The True Meaning of Memorial Day.” The contest is open to all St. Joseph & Elkhart County, Indiana middle and high school students. Essay submissions will be received through April 30, 2018 from students enrolled in Osceola, IN area middle and high schools.
